From November all the way through until July, Antigua is blessed with steady and reliable north-east trade winds. The wind blows side onshore, making Antigua a safe place for kiters and windsurfers of all levels and abilities. From November until March the wind blows north-easterly from America, averaging approximately 12 - 18 knots everyday.

I would say the main season is from December to March /April for kiting. This is also high season on the island. Even though the Wind statistics looks better in June/July you may get a hurricane this time (which did not happen in Antigua the last years). When i was there in February i really had constant trade winds.

The real cherry on the cake is Nonsuch bay: a huge water playground, open to the East where the prevailing winds are blowing from.
