- Jul 18, 2015 · I can tell you that a small energy destabilizer wouldn't even affect my cap at a meaningful level unless the enemy ship is bonused for it (which the rifter isn't). Rifters usually kite so you would hardly use that module anyway due to its short range, and that's also why your cap would empty so quick if you had all of your modules running at once.
