    Feb 03, 2004 · I know alot of guys in the caribbean doing kitesurfing and they pay close to cost their kites. they don't pay any taxes either. my cousin who lives down there, payed last year for his brand new 2003 globerider lift 17m less than 800$ USD complete. that's a very good price if you ask me. I learned kitesurfing when I was there this year.
